Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Watch
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and warranty cards included to ensure a valid return.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
