How long does shipping take and is it insured?

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping may take 5-10 business days depending on customs processing.

What is your return policy for watches?

Can I have the watch strap resized before shipping?
