Yes, every timepiece we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized brand distributors. Each watch arrives in its original packaging with a valid manufacturer's warranty and a certificate of authenticity.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping may take 5-10 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for watches?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the watch is unworn, in its original condition, and has all protective films and tags intact, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Do I get a warranty with my purchase?
Absolutely. All WatchPilot™ timepieces come with a minimum 2-year international manufacturer's warranty that covers movement defects and mechanical issues.
Can I have the watch strap resized before shipping?
Yes, we provide a complimentary bracelet resizing service. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout, though please note that customized items may not be eligible for returns.
